The Vision

Bridgeriver Advisors, a fast-growing financial advisory firm with over 400 clients, wanted to elevate its client experience and internal operations. Their goal was to provide clients with secure, easy access to view their financial portfolios, beneficiaries, and insurance details, while giving their team an efficient system to manage updates, track changes, and scale as the firm expanded nationally.

The Problem

Before this project, client data was managed in Excel spreadsheets — clunky, error-prone, and inaccessible to clients. The admin team needed a streamlined solution to maintain and update client records, while clients wanted clear, accessible insights into their financial plans. With complex family arrangements, trusts, and charitable beneficiaries involved, the firm needed a platform that could present this information with clarity and precision — without adding extra complexity for staff or clients.

Our Approach
